Service implementation process

After the purchase is completed, you will receive a proforma invoice according to your terms and conditions.

Once the proforma is paid (or if it is a deferred payment), you will be contacted by a dedicated Project Manager within 5 business days.

Working with the Project Manager, you will determine the person to make decisions about implementation on your side.

We will ask you to securely provide information necessary for implementation (logins, passwords, etc., environmental information)

Our team will review and verify the completeness of the information provided;

The Project Manager will contact you to schedule the date of the implementation;

You will receive an implementation schedule along with the parties' responsibilities;

Our engineer starts the implementation of the selected service;

We will perform internal testing to verify the accuracy of the work performed;

If your selected package includes training, it will be conducted according to the following rules;

Principles of training. What is worth knowing

The training will be held remotely - through a videoconference;

Duration of training - 4 hours;

The training will be conducted by the engineer involved in the implementation process;

The training will be intended for administrators of the implemented solution;

Maximum number of people who can participate in the training: 2

The scope of the training will be consistent with the implemented solution;

The training will be held on the example of your environment
